APPLICATIONS FOR BOOTH SPACE RENTAL / REQUEST OF DONATIONS | |||||||

How to apply for the booth space rental 1) Application Form Complete the official application for exhibit space rental agreement with signature and submit by FAX[(81)-3-3368-0577] l It is important for applicants to keep a copy of application form. 2) Application acceptance is based on the "first come first serve" basis. For the spaces A, B, E & S, after prioritized the applicants by the dates of arrival of applications, show management will assign the booth locations. The method of determining exhibit spaces C & D assignment shall be a drawing established by show management and priority privileges for space assignment drawing is based on the "first come first serve" basis. 3) Exhibitors explanatory meeting and space assignment drawing will be held in October. (Attendance is required) 4) Acceptance of applications shall be notified by mailing of billing invoice to your attention Dates of accepting applications Applications shall be accepting from July 24, 2002 and while the spaces available. The last space was sold around august 20, 2001 for 2002 show. Space rental fees must be wire transferred to one of three banks listed below. Acct. name: Tokyo Auto Salon Show Management. ASAHI Bank Shinjuku Chuou branch Acct.# 3948889 SUMITOMO-MITSUI Bank Shinjuku Branch Acct # 2345611 MIZUHO Bank Takadanobaba-Ekimae Branch Acct # 1677741 Cancellations and refunds Refund schedule for cancellations will be strictly followed. After an acceptance notification / billing invoice is sent out, Show Management shall retain 50 % of entire rental cost of each space canceled. After the Exhibitors explanatory meeting and space assignment drawing, Show Management shall retain 100% of entire rental cost of each space canceled. Important Notice. (Use of proper application form) All the applicants must use proper application form prepared by Show Management. Any applications sent by improper form may result in losing priority privileges. Special Note Refusal of space rental applications Applications for rental of exhibit space shall be subject to the approval of show management. The show management reserves right to reject applications for rental of space at any time for the following reasons. 1. Delinquency of the registration fee payment. 2. By TASA's sole discretion any display item or exhibiting company are not suitable for the objectives of the show. 3. For any other reasons, at any time, Show Management reserves all rights to exercise it own discretion to reject an exhibitor from rental of space, if an exhibitor fund not to be appropriately suitable for the objectives of the show. Any exhibitor who cancelled the booth rental agreement after the deadline dates described in preceding page, or delinquent in payment, may result in the application for rental of space for following years. Asking your favor for contributions Eligible entry of performance SUV should be a vehicle modified/improved in the area of interior/exterior functionalities to satisfy the values of Sport Utility Vehicle. Judges will look for quality improvements made the SUV more agile from functional upgrades. Benefits for your products donation 1.Your donated products and company info will be posted on a billboard installed at the show's main stage. 2.Your donated product photos and company info will be promoted on Tokyo Auto Salon official web site and official guidebook. * Please contact to Tokyo Auto Salon Show Management for your 2003 event donations.
